Instructions for participating in the contest

This is an online Photography contest where the photograph taken by the students is uploaded online on the schools’ contest page and the winner of the contest is judged by the number of votes an entry gets.

1. Topic: This is India’s Millennium

2. The Competition is open for students of Std 3 ^rd onwards.

3. Each student may submit a maximum of 1 entry photograph.

4. Entry properties:

a.The photograph should be uploaded in the .jpg or .jpeg format.
b.Drawing (pencil, ink, pastel, charcoal, crayon, etc.)

5. Uploading your Entry

a. Contest Registration

i. Register on the contest page http://www.educompschools.com/Contest by providing correct details.
ii. Enter a valid email-id that you are having access to.
iii. Choose a password of your choice.
iv. Accept terms and conditions of the contest by clicking on the check box.
v. On submitting, a mail will be sent to the email-id provided by you with complete login details and contest url.

b. Enter your login details on top of the contest page and submit by clicking on the small arrow sign.
c. Select the photograph file
d. Click on accept “terms and conditions”
e. Click on upload.
f. Entry will be subject to acceptance / rejection by Educomp Schools. You can view status of acceptance rejection in your login space.

6. Deciding the winner of the competition:

a. Once entry is approved by Educomp Schools, a contestant can like the entry, share the entry, view number of likes. Follow below steps to promote your entry:
b. Go to “View all entries” on the contest home page www.educompschools.com/contests.
c. Search your entry either by school or by name.
d. Like your entry by clicking on like button.
e. Promote your entry by clicking on “share” button. You can post it on Facebook, Twitter, etc.. or mail the same to any of your friends, relatives, etc.. for their liking.
f. More likes will increase your probability of winning the contest.
